Background: Tokyo Disneyland was a fun and enjoyable experience. We have been to Tokyo DisneySea and was curious to see how it would compare. Many people were dressed in characters and there were stores where you could go purchase accessories before entering the park.
Logistics: Tokyo Disneyland is accessible via the train in Tokyo. Be sure to buy a ticket online before you go since you would not be able to purchase it in person the day of. I would recommend downloading the Tokyo Disneyland Resort App before you go. You would be able to see the wait time for the rides, sign up for shows and restaurants, and check your location on the map.
Rides- My favorite rides were Space Mountain, Pooh’s Honey Hunt, and Big Thunder Mountain.
Disney Parade- Many people crowded around to watch the Disney Parade where the characters would come out on the floats
Club Mouse- There were a few Club Mouse performances that you can book on the Disney app. It was fun to watch the characters perform.
Food– The food was a highlight since they have unique flavors for their snacks.
Flavored popcorns- We tried the caramel and matcha white chocolate flavors.
There were also mini alien shaped ice cream and a tiramisu flavored ice cream car bar.
We ended the night with some fireworks by the castle. The fireworks were shorter than expected but were still fun to see.
